Out-of-Network Provider
At Two Rivers Acupuncture (TRA), we are considered an out-of-network provider. To support our patients with insurance reimbursement, we are happy to provide you with a monthly statement (called a Superbill), which you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement of out-of-network benefits. We have found that many insurance plans will reimburse 40%-80% of the cost of out-of-network acupuncture. You should always contact your insurance provider and discuss the details of your plan as it pertains to acupuncture.
